How to remove your bandage
After the hair transplant, the wounds are larger in the donor area than they are in the transplantation area where only small incisions have been made. Therefore, we cover the donor area with vaseline to create an extra layer of protection against dirt. We then put on a bandage over the vaseline. You can read about and watch a video on how to remove your bandage.
1. When should the bandage be removed?
The day after the procedure. The bandage should not sit for longer than 24 hours after the hair transplant.
