1. Avoid contact with the newly transplanted area

The most important thing about sleeping is that the newly transplanted area does not come in contact with anything. How much you have to sit up when you sleep depends on which part of the head the hair follicles were transplanted to. For a hair transplant on the crown, we recommend a neck pillow. If you have done a hair transplant on the temples, piled up pillows can be enough.

2. If you move around a lot in your sleep

If you move around a lot in your sleep, we recommend that you roll up towels or place pillows next to you on each side as armrests.
